Thank you all for your good and loving energy that was sent out to me...most appreciated. When times are tough the one thing that really makes the difference are good friends. Thank you.
I do have a date for the rescheduling now. We will have our gathering on the first weekend in August...the 3rd, 4th and 5th. We will also be celebrating Jon's birthday and Lammas during the same weekend..multi-tasking and all that.
Same kind of situation...bring chairs, camping stuff, etc...and food to share. Since it is Lammas-time as well, it would be lovely if Saturday nite could be a harvest feast. Please let me know what you can bring so we can build a menu. For Fri nite, please bring snack food to share, and breakfast food to share for Sat and Sunday. Sandwich stuff to share for Sat would be great, unless everyone wants to do their own thing for lunch...can I get a concensus on how you want to handle that?
Finally, do you all want to have a potty? My little ol' bathroom is not much for all those folks, so it would be my preference to do so, and I will be happy to order one if I can get a group consensus that supports that and a pledge of a few $$$ from each of you to defray the cost. Let me know.
Sorry about the sudden postponement...I know what a pain in the ear that must have been for y'all. Looking forward to seeing you in August.

Fri, March 28, 2008 - 12:28 PMHere we are in March of 2008 and Belle has proposed we hold this year's conclave up on Mt Hood the weekend of July 4, 5, & 6th. Feedback is strongly encouraged as that would give us about 3 months to deal with the logistical end of things. The major circumstance to deal with still remains transportation to the site so if you have input in that area please post it.
